Tanisha Parrish is a seasoned business strategist, executive coach, and learning & development architect. She is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach, with over 15+ years of business experience leading global, cross-functional teams and driving large-scale transformations for companies including BetterUp, Marriott, Accenture, US Cellular, and Kraft Foods.

As a coach, Tanisha has supported leaders in corporate and non-profit organizations including Accenture, Unity Technologies, Atlas Corps Fellows, ExpertPrep, FairVote, Roosevelt Institute and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Tanisha’s education and training includes a M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and a B.S. in Organizational Change from Northwestern University. She received her coach training and certification from Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and holds an ACC credential from the International Coach Federation.

Prentice earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis, and an MBA in Marketing from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University. Prentice currently lives in College Station, TX., and his favorite activities are playing soccer, snowboarding, riding his Onewheel, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and son.
